Number of Disputes by Arbitration Center

Most investor-state disputes are administered by arbitration centers. In LAC, by far, the most popular of these is the World Bank's International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). Other arbitration centers include the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in the Hague, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), and the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
